·  Current Mediator and Parenting Instructor Certifications from Supreme Court of Virginia, Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR); 13 years serving three Virginia courts  

·  Currently a mediator and communication coach offering private mediation, relationship and parenting plan supports, and goal setting for effective business and personal negotiation  

·  Over 30 years of combined prevention/intervention program coordination, grant writing/consulting, school-based mental health services and public school teaching
